You can book a locker online choosing the best size for your needs - S (backpack), M (small suitcase), L (large suitcase), or a charging locker for your device. After that select the date for your reservation and the time period – one or more hours or for the whole day. Once your reservation is confirmed and paid, you'll receive two PIN codes: one for the facility's front door and one for your locker.
What are the working hours?
Lock & Go is entirely self-service storage space, available 24/7.
Is my luggage safe and secure?
We've implemented advanced security measures to ensure the safety of your belongings during your visit. Our lockers are equipped with cutting-edge technology and they can be accessed only through your unique PIN code. Lock & Go space is continuously monitored through state-of-the-art video surveillance system, further enhancing the overall safety of your stored items. In addition to video surveillance, Lock & Go also has signaling security equipment to deter any unauthorized access or suspicious activities. What happens if I need to extend my reservation?
You'll get a helpful reminder 15 minutes before your reservation ends. If you want more time, easily extend your stay online just like the first booking you made or right at the locker using the control panel with a payment by card.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand that having flexibility is important and plans do change. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 minutes before the reservation.
How can I pay for the locker?
You can pay for the locker online via card (Visa, Mastercard). Once your payment is processed, your reservation will be promptly confirmed.
